White pushes the king's pawn to e4. Black pushes the king's pawn to e6. White moves the queen's pawn to d4.

Black advances the queen's pawn to d5. White develops the knight to c3. Black develops the dark-squared bishop to b4.

White jumps the knight to e2. Black captures on e4 with the queen's pawn. White moves the a-pawn to a3.

Black captures with the dark-squared bishop on c3, giving check. White captures with the knight on c3. Black develops the knight to c6.
