Yes! We’re actively expanding our collection with new games and openings. In the near future, we’ll also offer bundled packages that combine multiple openings for deeper study. If you have a specific opening you’d like to see added, feel free to reach out we’d love to hear from you!

How will you know which database to send me after I pay?

After your transaction is confirmed on the BNB Chain, please email us with:

  • The last 6 digits of your crypto wallet’s public address
  • Your transaction ID (or a screenshot of the transaction)
  • The exact title of the database as listed in the Chessana store

This helps us verify your payment quickly and deliver the correct file.

How will I receive my PGN database?

You’ll receive your database via email as a compressed .zip or .rar file containing the PGN. If the file is too large or gets blocked by your email provider, we’ll send a secure download link instead.

Are these real games played by real players?

Yes! All games are sourced from publicly available databases. To protect privacy, player names have been replaced with “White” and “Black,” but the moves, strategies, and outcomes are 100% authentic.

Do the databases contain duplicate or low quality games?

No. Each collection has been carefully curated and deduplicated. We’ve removed exact move for move duplicates from different players. While you may see similar opening sequences (which is natural in chess), there are no identical games in any database.

How should I use these databases to improve my chess?

For the best learning experience:

  • Filter by color: Study only White or Black games to internalize plans from one side.
  • Limit game length: Focus on games with a specific max number of plies (e.g., 30 to 40 moves) to spot patterns and critical moments.
  • Use ELO filters: Match games to your skill level to see how players of similar strength handle positions.
  • Look for missed tactics: Watch for “mate in 1 or 2” opportunities that were overlooked, this sharpens your tactical vision.

What if I send the wrong amount or chain?
