Black advances the queen's pawn to d5. White captures on d5 with the king's pawn. Black plays the king's pawn to e4.

White moves the queen's pawn to d3. Black develops the knight to f6. White captures on e4 with the queen's pawn.

Black captures with the knight on e4. White develops the knight to f3. Black develops the dark-squared bishop to c5.

White moves the queen to e2. Black moves the dark-squared bishop to f2, giving check. White moves the king to d1.

Black captures with the queen on d5, giving check. White moves the knight to d2.
