1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 exd4 4. Bc4 Bb4+ 5. c3 dxc3 6. bxc3 Ba5 7. e5
White moves the king's pawn to e4. Black moves the king's pawn to e5. White develops the knight to f3.
Black develops the knight to c6. White pushes the queen's pawn to d4. Black captures on d4 with the king's pawn.
White develops the light-squared bishop to c4. Black develops the dark-squared bishop to b4, giving check. White moves the c-pawn to c3.
Black captures on c3 with the queen's pawn. White captures on c3 with the b-pawn. Black deploys the dark-squared bishop to a5.
White moves the king's pawn to e5.
